We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will report to the Office Manager and be responsible for providing administrative support to the office.
The ideal candidate should have 1 years of experience in a similar role, as well as excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. They should also possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
In this role, the Office Assistant will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes, organizing office files and documents, managing office supplies, preparing documents for meetings and presentations, assisting with daily operations of the office such as data entry and filing paperwork, ordering office supplies, maintaining databases and spreadsheets of employee information, completing special projects as needed. In addition to these tasks the Office Assistant will also perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager or other members of the management team.
