Surveyor Position in Zayed City

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Zayed City. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land, buildings, roads, and other structures, and recording the results of their work in a variety of formats. They will also be expected to provide expert advice on land use, zoning regulations, and surveying techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Measure land areas using advanced surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and levels
• Prepare accurate maps of surveyed areas according to established guidelines
• Monitor changes in land use or construction activities
• Verify geographic dimensions as required
• Inspect sites to determine if survey results are accurate
• Develop data collection strategies according to project requirements
• Analyze survey data using specialized computer software programs
• Prepare reports and presentations detailing survey findings
• Provide expert advice on land use regulations, surveying techniques, and procedures

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field
• Prior experience with surveying or mapping preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information
• Proficiency with specialized computer software programs such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
