Sales Manager in Bani Yas City, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, and have experience leading and motivating teams.
The successful candidate should be a confident leader, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and possess the drive to exceed expectations. They must be organized, results-driven, and able to lead teams to success. Knowledge of the local market and language would be beneficial but not essential.
The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager will be to oversee all sales operations in Bani Yas City, ensuring that sales goals are met and exceeded. This includes setting targets for individual sales representatives, monitoring progress towards those targets, managing staff performance reviews, driving customer service initiatives, and implementing strategies to increase sales revenue. Other duties include developing marketing plans and campaigns, overseeing customer relations initiatives, attending industry events when necessary, maintaining relationships with key customers, and providing guidance on complex sales transactions.
