Sales Manager- Dibba-El-Fujairah

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities into the region, increasing sales revenues and ensuring that customer service is of the highest quality. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing effective sales strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new customers
• Negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers, distributors and other stakeholders
• Creating promotional plans to increase brand awareness in the region
• Monitoring competitor activities, market trends and industry developments
• Coordinating with marketing teams to develop pricing strategies
• Meeting monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets as set by the company
• Providing regular feedback on sales performance to senior management.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of energy with positive attitude

The successful applicant must possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as the following required skills:
• Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proficiency in customer service principles • Experience in market analysis • Ability to develop creative solutions for customer needs • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure • Experience in leading teams & managing projects
