Surveyor (Riyadh)

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying and mapping land, conducting research, and providing data to clients. This position requires a motivated and organized individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should possess:
• A degree or certification in surveying or related field
• In-depth knowledge of land surveying processes and standards
• Excellent spatial awareness and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret maps and technical drawings
• Good verbal communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
• Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, LIDAR, etc.

Responsibilities include:
• Collecting data from field research using various methods such as aerial photography or GPS systems
• Interpreting survey results accurately
• Preparing detailed maps using software tools
• Estimating costs for projects based on survey results
• Consulting with clients on the best course of action for their project
• Meeting tight deadlines according to project requirements

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1700 riyals per month. We are willing to consider applicants from abroad. A minimum amount of experience is required for this position.
