We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and experienced chef to join a fast-growing business. This role requires someone who can bring their expertise to the table and lead a team in creating exquisite dishes.

Job Summary:
The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall running of the kitchen operation, including menu planning, food preparation, staff training, inventory management and financial performance. The successful candidate will ensure that all dishes are prepared and cooked according to the highest standards of quality, presentation and taste. They will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service at all times.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop menus that meet customer expectations while adhering to budgetary guidelines
• Oversee food purchasing, storage and preparation processes
• Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process
• Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
• Ensure safety protocols are being followed in the kitchen
• Monitor inventory levels and order new ingredients as needed
• Manage financial aspects of kitchen operations such as budgeting and forecasting
• Develop creative dishes that meet customer needs while staying within budget constraints
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
• A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred but not required
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, food storage regulations, health & safety regulations etc.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a large team of cooks and other kitchen staff
• Ability to work long hours under pressure with minimal supervision • Immigrant status welcome but must hold valid working visa in Riyadh • Salary 1400 SAR per month
