We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate should have experience working in a library, preferably in a public or academic setting. The salary for this position is 1100.

The main responsibilities of the Librarian position include managing library activities, cataloging books and other library materials, providing reference services and research assistance to patrons; assisting with collection maintenance; designing displays; and developing programming for library patrons.
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and should be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure. They must have knowledge of current library technologies and be comfortable with computers and databases. Additionally, they should possess excellent customer service skills as well as strong written & verbal communication skills. A minimum of one year of experience working in a library is preferred but not required for this position. We are also willing to consider applications from immigrants who meet all other qualifications for the role.
