HR manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience and must possess the following qualifications:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Demonstrable knowledge in managing recruitment processes, payroll, employee benefits, labor laws and regulations, compensation, and other company policies
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of personnel
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our human resources team by developing strategies that support the achievement of our business objectives. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, training & development as well as performance management. Additionally, you will be expected to assess organizational needs and develop solutions accordingly. We are open to considering an immigrant who meets the required qualifications for this role. The salary for this position is 1300 per month.
