We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the organization's human resources activities, including recruitment, job evaluations, employee relations, payroll and benefit administration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of employment law and an ability to influence change within an organization.

The demands for the candidate include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven experience in the HR field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Knowledge of labor law and employment standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Oversee recruitment and selection process
- Support current employees through training programs, performance management processes, promotions and disciplinary action
- Maintain employee files according to policy and legal requirements
- Assist with payroll processing as needed
