We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for the hospitality industry and be able to manage the restaurant and its staff successfully. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate excellent customer service, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and food preparation, creating a safe, comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests, tracking sales performance, devising strategies to increase revenue, managing staff recruitment and training, promoting customer loyalty programs and monitoring staff performance.

The successful candidate should possess a college or university degree in hospitality management or related field plus at least 1 year of experience in managing restaurants or hotel operations. They should have exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with both customers and employees while providing guidance on resolving any customer issues. They should also have a positive attitude towards customers as well as excellent organizational skills to handle all aspects of running the restaurant efficiently.
