Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be based in our restaurant in Abu-Dhabi, working alongside a talented and experienced team. They will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the restaurant, including hiring and training staff, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are maintained, and maintaining close relationships with suppliers and customers. The position will require occasional travel to other locations within the UAE.

Responsibilities:
• Managing all operations of the restaurant on a day-to-day basis
• Hiring, training, motivating and leading staff to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
• Monitoring food quality, safety and hygiene standards ensuring they are maintained at all times according to legal regulations
• Managing budgets, stock control, payroll and menu planning
• Developing promotional activities such as special events or discounts
• Maintaining close relationships with suppliers and customers

Requirements:
• Minimum two years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry • Proven track record in achieving customer satisfaction goals through excellent service delivery • Knowledge of local health & safety regulations • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to multitask • Excellent communication skills • Proficiency in English language
