Security Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 1200

We are looking for a highly skilled Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of the organization and ensuring that all security protocols are followed. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and practices that protect our assets, employees and customers. Additionally, you will be in charge of monitoring compliance with these policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate should have a background in security management or related field. They should also have an understanding of modern security technologies such as access control systems and surveillance systems. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities as they will be working with multiple departments within the organization to ensure safety protocols are being observed.

Responsibilities:
• Developing a comprehensive security plan to protect the organization’s assets, employees and customers
• Overseeing security operations for the entire organization
• Monitoring compliance with all established security policies and procedures
• Ensuring that all access control systems are functioning properly
• Directing investigations of any suspicious activities or violations of regulations or policies
• Supervising the installation and maintenance of surveillance equipment throughout the premises • Training employees on safety protocols and responding quickly to any emergency situations • Maintaining records of all incidents that occur on site • Keeping abreast of industry trends to ensure our company is up-to-date on best practices • Responding promptly to inquiries from upper management regarding security matters Requirements: • Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role • In-depth knowledge of modern security technologies (e.g., access control systems) • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations • Excellent communication skills • Outstanding organizational abilities We are open to considering foreign candidates as well so if you feel that you meet these requirements please apply today!
