We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and help us find the best talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of the local job market.

Responsibilities include:
• Sourcing suitable candidates through various methods such as job postings, referrals, networking, etc.
• Utilizing professional networks to develop a strong list of potential candidates
• Reviewing resumes and conducting interviews
• Negotiating offers with potential candidates
• Developing relationships with hiring managers to understand their current and future hiring needs
• Coordinating with HR teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintaining recruitment metrics and providing periodic reports to management

The ideal candidate should have:
• Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
