We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role requires an individual who is able to source, attract and select the best qualified candidates for roles across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and executing recruiting plans in line with organizational objectives
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their goals and hiring needs
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates through networking and social media platforms
- Drafting job descriptions and advertisements to ensure they accurately represent the role and attract the right talent
- Screening resumes and applications, creating shortlists of suitable candidates
- Conducting telephone interviews to assess suitability for the role
- Arranging face-to-face interviews, both internally or externally, as required
- Coordinating background checks for successful applicants prior to offer of employment
- Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process providing regular updates on their application status.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and good knowledge of recruitment principles. Additionally, we are ready to consider an immigrant who can demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of 1600 AED per month.
