We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the HR industry, with a background in managing human resources in an international environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, performance management, training & development and more. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills as well as a high level of attention to detail.

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Manager
• Experience with international HR policies and procedures
• Working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Strong administrative skills

Job Duties:
• Developing & implementing personnel policies & procedures
• Recruiting, selecting & orienting new employees
• Conducting performance appraisals & performance management processes

• Assisting with the training & development programs for employees
• Ensuring compliance with local laws & regulations
