A Human Resources (HR) Manager job is available in Abu Dhabi with a salary of 1400. We are looking for an individual who is capable of managing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting suitable candidates for vacant positions within the organization. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, preparing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making offers. The HR Manager will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with other organizations and agencies to ensure that the company is always up to date with best practices when it comes to hiring processes.

Once a new employee has been hired, the HR Manager will be responsible for developing onboarding programs that ensure that all employees have a positive experience as they start their new roles. This includes introducing employees to the organization's culture, expectations, policies and procedures as well as providing any necessary training or orientation sessions prior to starting work.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in managing human resources functions such as recruitment and onboarding processes. A relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources would be beneficial but not essential for this role.
