Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position will be responsible for developing and executing human resources strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of recruitment, staffing, training, performance management, and organization development.

Needs for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in HR roles, with excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices. They should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task effectively. In addition, we are looking for someone with:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven knowledge of UAE labor law
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
