Security Manager Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our property, personnel and assets.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing, implementing and monitoring security policies, procedures and best practices in order to minimize risk to our organization;
• Managing physical security operations such as access control, CCTV monitoring, key management and other security systems;
• Conducting investigations and addressing violations;
• Investigating complaints related to security or safety issues;
• Coordinating with local law enforcement authorities to ensure compliance with regulations;
• Regularly assessing the security threats and risks associated with our operations;
• Supervising and training security staff.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role. They should also have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a multicultural environment. A valid driver’s license is required as well. We are open to consider an immigrant who meets all the requirements. The position offers a salary of 1400 AED/month.
