Job Description:
We are looking for a Manager to oversee the daily operations of our business in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire team and directing all activities that are related to the successful running of the business. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with knowledge of local business regulations and policies. They must also have outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and vendors.

Job Responsibilities:
The Manager will be responsible for leading the team in achieving organizational goals and objectives. This includes setting performance standards, making sure tasks are completed on time, monitoring progress on projects, ensuring quality control, providing feedback to staff members, and creating strategies for improving efficiency. The Manager is also responsible for training new staff members in relevant procedures and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for analyzing current operations to identify areas of improvement and developing action plans to increase efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field along with 5+ years of leadership experience in a similar role. They must have exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail as well as excellent problem solving abilities. Additionally, they must possess an intimate knowledge of local business regulations and policies as well as effective budget management capabilities.
