Responsibilities:
• Welding parts, components or full structures according to specifications
• Setting up welding machines based on the job requirements
• Inspecting welds to identify any defects or non-conformities
• Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to all safety policies and criteria
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as welder (min. 2 years)
• Hands-on experience with various welding techniques (TIG, MIG etc.) • Excellent physical condition and endurance for long shifts • Ability to read blueprints, sketches or technical drawings • Attention to detail and an excellent work ethic • High school diploma; trade school certification is a plus
