Kindergarten Teacher - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kindergarten teacher to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Our kindergarten provides a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and learn. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 AED and are willing to consider immigrants for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans based on age appropriate curriculum guidelines that promote learning and creativity for students in the kindergarten class
- Establish a safe classroom environment that encourages learning through play, exploration, discussion, and active engagement with the materials provided in the classroom
- Supervise students during activities such as lunchtime, recess, field trips, art projects, etc.
- Assess student progress by developing objectives for each lesson plan and keeping records of student behavior/progress throughout the year
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress/behavior/concerns
- Maintain an open line of communication with colleagues regarding student progress/behavior/concerns

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required
- At least two years of teaching experience in a kindergarten setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of current trends in early childhood education (including social emotional learning) is desired
- Ability to lead creative activities that engage students while maintaining order in the classroom is essential
- Excellent organizational skills are required as well as excellent spoken English skills
