Financial Analyst Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a driven and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, and forecasting for the company. You will analyze current and past financial data and provide reports, guidance, and recommendations to the management team.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. We are looking for a professional who can work independently while also collaborating with others in our team. The successful candidate should be able to work quickly to meet deadlines while also ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data related to costs, pricing, performance metrics, and other related business information
- Create financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Provide strategic recommendations based on analysis of financial data
- Identify areas for improvement in current processes or procedures
- Prepare reports on overall financial health of company
- Monitor industry trends and competition
- Communicate results of analysis in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics preferred; Accounting or Business degree acceptable
- Minimum two years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role; additional experience is beneficial
- Proficient with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint), database systems (e.g., Oracle)
- Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail; ability to interpret complex data sets quickly
- Outstanding communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; ability to take initiative independently
