Sales Manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, managing relationships with key customers and clients, and providing training to sales staff.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in sales management, a strong understanding of the Abu-Dhabi market and the ability to think strategically to identify new opportunities. A professional attitude and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales plans that generate revenue
• Analyze market trends in Abu-Dhabi to identify potential opportunities
• Oversee the execution of sales strategies
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels with existing products
• Establish new contacts for potential business opportunities
• Train and manage sales staff in best practices
• Prepare weekly reports on progress towards targets

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
