We are looking for a highly motivated Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The candidate should have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department.

The Housekeeping Manager will be expected to ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all hotel rooms are cleaned and maintained according to the highest standards of cleanliness. The successful applicant must also have excellent customer service skills, as they will be responsible for liaising with guests, staff members, and other departments within the hotel.

The successful applicant must possess strong leadership skills in order to effectively manage their team of housekeepers, ensuring that all expectations are met. They should also have an eye for detail and be able to spot any problems quickly and take corrective action if necessary.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. They should also have a good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations as well as knowledge of cleaning products and materials. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service is essential as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
