Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and passionate Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have experience designing and creating flower arrangements, as well as setting up events and displays. This position offers a salary of 1600 KWD per month and is open to foreign applicants.

Job Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Florist
• Strong knowledge of different flower varieties, their colors, textures, shapes, sizes, and vase life
• Excellent design skills with an eye for detail
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Ability to effectively use tools required by the job (e.g. scissors, knife)

Job Responsibilities
• Designing and creating flower arrangements for events or personal orders according to clients’ specifications
• Selecting flowers based on color, size, seasonality etc. with an eye for aesthetics
• Setting up event displays (e.g. birthday parties) with flowers according to customers’ requests
• Arranging bouquets in baskets or other items such as vases or boxes
• Maintaining cleanliness of work area at all times
• Assisting customers with selecting the right flowers for their needs
• Providing excellent customer service in order to ensure customer satisfaction
