We are searching for a CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and instruments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. The successful applicant should also be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience with CNC programming is beneficial but not mandatory.

The role requires the successful applicant to:
• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine the specific cutting, drilling or shaping tasks that need to be completed;
• Select appropriate cutting tools for the job at hand;
• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines, including relevant software programs;
• Control machine movements by entering commands into a computer;
• Monitor machine operations while carefully observing if any adjustments are required;
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges;
• Regularly inspect finished products for accuracy and quality assurance purposes;
• Record data on production logs or other documents; and
• Perform basic maintenance on machines as needed.
