We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have the ability to operate a CNC machine with precision and accuracy while meeting production deadlines. The successful applicant will be required to work with a variety of materials and components.

The successful candidate should have experience in operating CNC machines, reading drawings and blueprints, setting up the machine for machining operations, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the machining process. They must have excellent math skills and the ability to read measuring instruments such as verniers, micrometers, calipers, etc.

The key responsibilities of the CNC Operator include: following all safety regulations; preparing CNC machines for operation; loading materials into the machine; setting up tools according to blueprints or drawings; monitoring progress during machining operations; making adjustments as needed; troubleshooting malfunctions or errors; maintaining records on tooling setup details; performing routine maintenance on machines; ensuring quality standards are met; testing finished products to ensure quality is achieved before shipment.

To be considered for this position candidates must possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent or higher degree in a related field (mechanical engineering or similar); experience working as a CNC operator/machinist/technician preferred but not required; knowledge of CAD/CAM software is an asset but not required; strong math skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and manual dexterity are essential qualities for this role.
