Job Responsibilities:
• Analyzing data from multiple sources including surveys, reports, databases etc.
• Developing models for forecasting and predicting outcomes using data analytics tools such as R, Python etc.
• Creating insightful visualizations using Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Identifying patterns in data sets to inform business decisions
• Developing reports for stakeholders with clear explanations of the findings

Required Skills:
• Strong experience with data analytics tools such as R or Python
• Proficiency in SQL programming language
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms is a plus
