Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing and maintaining web-based applications. They need to possess a strong understanding of industry trends and technical requirements. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a dedication to developing high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, coding and modifying websites and web applications according to client specifications
- Developing back-end components, connecting the application with other web services
- Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile devices
- Analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
- Managing all aspects of the development process from technical design to implementation
- Troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading existing applications
- Implementing security measures like data encryption when necessary
- Collaborating with other developers, graphic designers and system administrators to create effective user experiences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP & MySQL/SQLite databases
- Familiarity with Angular or React JS frameworks is an advantage
- Understanding of server setup (e.g. Apache) and maintenance
- Adequate knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress would be an advantage

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required.

Salary: Our base salary for this position is 1500 AED per month depending on qualifications and experience. We are also open to considering foreign applicants for this position.
