Electrician in Doha, Qatar


We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining various electrical systems. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of electrical codes, technologies and techniques, as well as a strong understanding of safety protocols.

The Electrician must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to complete projects on time and within budget constraints. They should also have the ability to work in a team environment while delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot electric wiring, fixtures and equipment
• Read blueprints or technical diagrams
• Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers
• Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
• Follow local codes, regulations and safety standards
• Perform preventative maintenance on all electrical systems
• Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly to inquiries

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Electrician • In-depth knowledge of electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers • Good problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Excellent verbal communication skills • High school degree/diploma; certification/diploma in electrical engineering is preferred • Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) • Ability to adhere to safety protocols at all times • Knowledge of local regulations is an asset • Previous experience with foreign customers is preferred
