We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in the restaurant industry, with experience in international cuisine being a plus. They should also be able to work well under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of culinary techniques and be able to organize and manage the kitchen staff efficiently. They must also possess excellent problem-solving skills, as well as leadership qualities that will help drive the team to success. In addition, they should have excellent communication skills and be able to take direction from the Head Chef.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning and preparation, inventory management, food safety standards compliance, and budgeting. They will also need to have an understanding of local cuisines so that they can provide unique flavors and meals for customers. Lastly, they must be willing to work flexible hours when needed.
