We are looking for a talented Chef to join our team in Doha! This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and creative individual to make their mark on our successful restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with the skills to match. We’re looking for someone with experience in a professional kitchen, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. The successful applicant should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing ingredients for cooking, such as washing, chopping and marinating
• Creating dishes according to the menu, making sure that all dishes are cooked to the highest standard
• Ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Maintaining excellent levels of hygiene
• Keeping up with current culinary trends
• Following recipes accurately
• Collaborating with other members of the kitchen staff

Skills & Qualifications:
• A passion for food and cooking is essential
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not essential
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
