• A degree in Pharmacy or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations governing the sale of drugs
• Ability to accurately count medications, mix compounds and measure dosages
• Comfort working with computers, tablets, and other technology used in the pharmacy
• Ability to work with accuracy under time pressure
• Demonstrated ability to work on their own or as part of a team.
