Executive Chef – Dubai
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our prestigious hotel.

Job Summary:
The Executive Chef will develop and implement creative menus for the restaurant, ensure quality control of all food served in the restaurant and manage staff in the kitchen. This person should possess a passion for cooking, a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar position in a high-end hotel or restaurant. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional culinary skills with a focus on modern techniques and creativity, strong leadership abilities and have an understanding of current trends in hospitality industry. A strong command of English is essential as well as a valid work permit if applicable.
