We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a talented, motivated professional with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for planning and executing high-quality cuisine, as well as providing leadership and direction to the kitchen staff.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure. A strong background in culinary techniques, menu design and food presentation is important, and knowledge of international cuisines would be beneficial.

The Executive Chef must ensure that all food standards are met while controlling costs and maximizing profits. They will also manage the ordering process and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. In addition, they must maintain a safe working environment by strictly following all safety protocols.
