We are looking to hire an Executive Chef for our restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of culinary experience in a high-end kitchen and be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills. They should be creative and innovative when it comes to creating new dishes and revamping our existing menu, as well as have a thorough understanding of food safety regulations and standards.

The role of the Executive Chef is critical in ensuring that our restaurant continues to provide top-notch food and services with quality ingredients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing new recipes, monitoring inventory, monitoring costs, managing staff performance, training new personnel, menu planning, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, maintaining sanitation standards in the kitchen, and overseeing kitchen operations on a daily basis.
