We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a drive to create unique and delicious dishes. You must have excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a good understanding of local cuisine.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You should be able to demonstrate an innovative approach to menu design and preparation and be able to lead a team of professional chefs. A creative flair is essential, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure and work within tight deadlines. A strong understanding of food safety regulations is also essential.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff in creating new dishes and ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. You should also be able to delegate tasks effectively, monitor kitchen staff performance, track food inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all health standards are maintained at all times.

A competitive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate who meets our requirements with a minimum of 1300 per month or more depending on experience.
