We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guests with an unforgettable experience through their knowledge of wine and other beverages.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for the hospitality industry and be able to provide outstanding customer service. They must be passionate about wine, spirits, and other alcoholic beverages, as well as knowledgeable on the different varieties of each beverage. The Sommelier should also have extensive knowledge on pairings and food-wine combinations.

The core responsibilities of the Sommelier include:
• Advising guests on food-wine combinations
• Creating a comprehensive wine list to meet customer needs
• Training staff in selecting, using, and serving wines
• Keeping up with trends in the wine industry
• Developing relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing
• Managing inventory and ordering new supplies as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Ensuring quality control of all beverages served to customers

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for quality service. They should also have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. In addition, they should be willing to relocate to Dubai and possess a valid passport if they are not currently living in UAE. Finally, they should have fluency in English along with any other language spoken in Dubai as an added advantage.
