We are currently seeking an experienced Sommelier to join our team at a prestigious Dubai-based restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the restaurant industry, and be able to bring a professional level of expertise and knowledge to our establishment.

The successful applicant will have extensive knowledge and understanding of wine, different grape varieties, winemaking styles, food pairings and other relevant topics related to wine service. They should also possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide information and recommendations that are tailored to each individual guest.

This role involves selecting wines for the establishment's menu, ensuring that all wines are served correctly and stored properly, as well as managing orders from suppliers. The Sommelier should be prepared to collaborate with other staff members in order to create interesting pairings for dishes on the menu.

The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary of 1700 per month. We welcome applications from immigrants who meet our criteria for this position.
