We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must have a passion for wine, a keen knowledge of regional and international wines, and the ability to provide customers with an exceptional dining experience.

The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with customers. The ideal candidate should be able to detect customers’ preferences in wine and recommend suitable options according to their tastes. They should also be able to identify food and wine pairings that will enhance their dining experience. Furthermore, they must be able to explain different wine types, vintages, and regions accurately.

The successful Sommelier should have excellent organizational skills, as they will be responsible for maintaining the inventory of wines in the restaurant and managing orders from suppliers. Additionally, they must possess strong communication skills so that they are able to work effectively with other members of the restaurant staff.
