We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the world of wine and be able to provide excellent customer service. We are open to considering candidates who are immigrants, provided they meet all the necessary requirements.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Have a degree or certification from a recognized institute in wine and beverage services
• Possess an advanced knowledge of wines from all over the world
• Be able to recommend food and wine pairings with confidence
• Have a passion for exceptional customer service
• Keep up-to-date with new trends in wine
• Be able to provide training for other staff on wines and beverages
• Be fluent in English (additional language skills would be beneficial)

The successful Sommelier will be responsible for creating a unique drinking experience, so they should have an excellent understanding of all types of wine, spirits and cocktails. They should also be knowledgeable about food pairing and be able to provide guidance on selecting drinks that complement various dishes. In addition, they will need to ensure that all beverages are served in accordance with health and safety standards. The Sommelier will also need to maintain accurate records of stock levels and orders as well as handle any customer queries or complaints. Finally, they will need to work closely with the chefs in order to ensure complete satisfaction for our guests.
