Restaurant Manager Job in Dubai

We are seeking an experienced and creative Restaurant Manager for our restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to providing leadership, motivating staff and creating a hospitable atmosphere.

The ideal candidate must have experience in the hospitality industry with a good understanding of food and beverage preparation, food safety regulations, customer service standards and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. The Restaurant Manager should also have strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to improve customer service, increase revenue and maximize profit
• Monitor and control stock levels of food and beverages
• Ensure all staff adhere to health & safety regulations
• Supervise & train staff on customer service standards & practice
• Manage payroll and other administrative duties as needed
• Resolve customer complaints & inquiries in a timely manner
• Oversee recruitment process for new hires

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
• 5+ years experience in hospitality management or similar role
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate staff
• Ability to handle multiple tasks & work well under pressure
