Restaurant Manager in Dubai, UAE


We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 and is open to candidates from all backgrounds, including those with no experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the restaurant, ensuring that it operates smoothly and efficiently. This includes overseeing staff, handling customer service issues, controlling inventory and supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing finances and budgeting, developing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant, maintaining records of sales and profits, and other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities in English (both written and verbal), problem-solving skills, good organizational skills, a positive attitude and an eye for detail. They should also be computer literate with knowledge of restaurant management software programs. Experience in an international setting is an advantage but not necessary.
