Restaurant Manager in Dubai, UAE


We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as a passion for the hospitality industry.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that it runs smoothly. This includes managing staff, liaising with suppliers and vendors, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met, monitoring inventory levels, and overseeing the financials of the restaurant. This is a hands-on position requiring a professional who is able to take ownership of their duties.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills in order to manage staff effectively as well as provide excellent customer service. Additionally, they should also have strong problem solving skills in order to resolve any issues that may arise in the restaurant or within the team. Lastly, they should have previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry with demonstrated success in developing teams and achieving financial objectives.
