The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, training new staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for hospitality and customer service as well as excellent organizational skills. They will also be expected to maintain a clean, safe environment for staff and customers alike. The successful candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, as well as being able to stay calm under pressure.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
• An understanding of hygiene regulations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage staff effectively

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
