We are looking for a motivated, organized individual to join the library team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service and have excellent organizational skills in order to effectively manage the library’s resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations of the library including cataloguing, organizing books and other materials, helping patrons find information and resources, providing reference services and managing circulation of materials. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain the library’s online presence by creating content for websites and social media accounts.

We are looking for someone who is capable of multitasking, working independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team environment. The successful candidate must have excellent research skills and be able to create accurate bibliographies and catalogues. They should be computer literate with knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, word processing software as well as e-readers and other digital platforms. A degree in Library Science or related field is preferred but not essential.

We are offering a salary of 1300 AED per month for this position with the possibility of advancement within the library system. We are open to considering applications from immigrants if they meet all the criteria outlined above.
