We are a cafe in Doha, Qatar, looking for a dedicated and passionate Barista to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the specialty coffee industry and the passion to create exquisite drinks.

The successful applicant should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to interact with customers in a professional manner. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team. The Barista must ensure that all drinks are prepared according to the cafe's standards, and that all equipment is cleaned properly after each shift.

The successful candidate will be required to:
• Take orders and prepare drinks according to instructions
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working order
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering items when needed
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Deal professionally with customer complaints or queries
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene regulations
• Maintain a friendly attitude towards customers
