Land surveyor in Doha, Qatar


We are looking for an experienced and talented Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring, mapping, and managing land boundaries, as well as performing measurements to determine elevations and other topographical features.

The ideal candidate should have excellent technical knowledge in land surveying techniques and equipment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of the land using advanced surveying equipment
- Prepare maps, charts, reports and legal descriptions of land areas studied
- Develop plans for building projects by establishing construction methods, procedures, sequence of activities and timescales
- Analyze aerial photography and other historical data to create maps or diagrams
- Provide advice on a variety of issues related to land surveys including boundary line disputes or questions about legal rights or property ownership
- Work with government agencies to obtain accurate data regarding zoning regulations or environmental restrictions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering or a related field
- Experience in surveying (preferred)
- Excellent technical knowledge of land surveying techniques and equipment
- Great attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to interpret survey results accurately
- Proficiency with computers including GIS software
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

The Land Surveyor position offers a salary of 1500 per month plus applicable benefits. We welcome applications from immigrants who meet the above requirements.
