Land Surveyor Job in Doha
We are looking for a highly motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring distances, angles, elevations and other physical characteristics of land in order to create maps and plans.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in surveying technology or related field is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is also required for this position; must be able to provide own transportation to travel to job sites.
• Must be willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
• Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
Job Responsibilities:
• Accurately measure distances, angles, elevations and other physical characteristics of land using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers.
• Compile detailed reports based on survey results including measurements of areas, volumes, slopes and lengths.
• Analyze spatial data from aerial photographs or satellite images using specialized software programs.
• Prepare maps, diagrams and reports based on survey results for use by engineering personnel or government agencies.
• Inspect construction sites for accuracy of layouts according to plans and specifications; recommend corrective action if necessary.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Good problem solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data from multiple sources quickly and accurately.
• Familiarity with GIS software programs such as ESRI ArcGIS/ArcMap is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Highly detail-oriented with a good eye for accuracy; able to work independently as well as part of a team environment when needed.

The salary offered for this position is 1600 per month plus benefits package which includes Medical Insurance & Annual Flight Ticket Home Country/Country of Residence (after completion of 12 months).
