We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience as a Welder and be able to use various tools, materials, and equipment related to the job.

The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. They should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance. A valid certification from an accredited institution is preferred but not required.

The job duties include but are not limited to: using various welding methods such as oxy-acetylene welding, electric arc welding, tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW); setting up and operating manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment; measuring work pieces for conformance to specifications; utilizing hand tools including grinders and wire brushes; determining weldability of materials; interpreting blueprints and technical drawings accurately; adhering to safety guidelines and regulations; monitoring the quality of welds for any defects; repairing faulty welds as needed; performing routine maintenance on equipment used in the course of work.
